    PROGRESSION

Along with the finishing of Task 2, we started to proceed on our prototyping phase. Following the feedbacks that GSK finally sent over, we proceed on doing some adjustment to our statue from the ideation phase.

    WEEK 5 (01/05/2023)

First things first, here're some blister packs we got form the Indeed Team, the first step we make was measuring how big our prototype will be.

We divide some tasks among our group members, some to popped up the pill, and some to continue on working on the structure, and others are making the pot using the blisters version.

After that, we arranged all the things we made into one, and started to think about the wave. We created the waves one by one, by sticking the blister pack directly into the sticks.

Then, while working on, some of us also started on doing the tree, we started off with using clays to make the trunk and the sprouts.

Here's our final look this May 1st.

    WEEK 5 (03/05/2023)
We continued on doing the progress. We divide the session into 2, since some of us cannot come on the 4th May. The first batch was me, Metta, and Shofwa.

In this session, we reworked on some things that we thing could be better, starting off with the tree. While I'm continuing on doing the waves, Metta started to create the trunk of the tree by using blister packs that been twisted, Shofwa helped with cutting the blister packs.

Moving forward, while waiting Metta to finish the trunk, me and Shofwa decided to remaking the structure since they weren't really symmetrically.

While after that, while Metta almost finished on doing the tree, I was in charge on creating the leaves, thus I started to cut the leaves to be sticked on the branches, which Metta made.

We also decided on recreating the waves since it looked so messy. We decided to cut a cardboard and stick it on the structure, which later will be sticked with some blister packs.

Thus, here's our latest progression for the day.

    WEEK 5 (04/05/2023)
The next process was continued by Shayor, Wai Fern, Haura, and Metta. They continued on doing the waves, and Wai Fern also tidying up the tree.

Finally, we completed our prototyping process, and here's our final:

So, we came up with these as our finals:

    FEEDBACKS

    For TASK 2

    WEEK 5 (03/05/2023):
fig 4.1, Feedback from The GSK, Week 5 (03/05/2023)

    To do & Action:
    • Decided to redo some things to make the entire sculpture more stable, and added a cardboard base so that the wave’s shape is clearer.
    • Colour can be discussed with Ms Lilian
    • Balloons are replaced with blister packs
    • Continuing the rest as planned
    WEEK 6 (08/05/2023):
    • Overall: well presented, quite organized, clear.
    • Only come out with 1 idea, but making it focused with the idea.
    • General organization reflects good teamwork
    • Conclusion: quite ok for task 2
    For TASK 3
    WEEK 6 (08/05/2023):
    • Recycling place is a good idea; as we can found lots of raw materials
    • Work quicker
    • Go to recycling center, and define the budget
    • Blister packs when created with huge scale will make it less impact
    • Pot sizes
    • We don’t use the other medical wastes (only blister packs and inhalers)
    • Think about the waves in larger scale
    • Put color in budget
    • Color needs to be eye-catching, consider to be more picky; where to put the color
    • More focus for the color; like utilize color theories
    • Right color can help the wow factor
    • Can make some places raw color
    • Can try asking like MRDIY, jaya grocery for more cardboards
    To do & Action:
    • Remaking and trying to make the color palette stands out.
    • Defining budgets in more detailed way.
    • Adjusting the idea for the waves to make it fit properly.

      REFLECTION

      EXPERIENCE:
I started to notice that everyone get to know each other better, which making it more comfortable. I feel glad that I got Blister Bunch as my group since all of the members are very cooperative and I know they're all trying their best which I also want to do the same for them. I cut, twisted, glued lots of blister packs which I experienced on being cut by blister packs :D

      OBSERVATION
To be honest based on my observation on other group and their members, I feel like my group, Blister Bunch are very supportive among each other. Since we worked together, we made things done faster than the other groups.

      FINDINGS
Based on the prototype all group made, I realized that blister packs can also be made as a statement that have impact towards people. I also know that blister packs aren't that rough to shape, it's actually quite easy but when doing it, we must be patient so it won't hurt our skin. I also noticed that blister packs made our hand to be grayish and dusty.
